Frequently asked questions by users booking appointments at Odontomy

To book an appointment, follow these steps (video):

  1. Go to the main page of the site
  2. Search for your favorite place (for example by name of the dentist or clinic), or search for clinics near your current location (you can enter your address or request that we detect it automatically) or search within our featured clinics
  3. Go to the profile of your favorite dental clinic at Odontomy to view its information and the services it provides
  4. Select the services you need and add them to your shopping cart
  5. Select the staff that will assist you or select any staff member for more schedule availability
  6. Select the day and time you can attend the clinic
  7. Confirm the booking
  8. Payment can be made at the store, and soon also online
  9. Go to your dental clinic to received your services, try to arrive before the agreed time
  10. Leave a review of the service received

Once an appointment reservation has been made, it may be canceled if the client cannot attend. The cancellation using Odontomy can be made by pressing the Cancel button in the email received after the reservation is confirmed.

Additionally, the cancellation can be made by the user by entering the client portal.

The cancellation must be made up to a certain time before the defined time. Said time in which the cancellation is allowed will be defined by the Clinic.

After that time, or failure to attend the appointment, affects the operations of the clinic and users may be subject to charges for late cancellation or suspension of access to the platform.

A patient will be able to change the date or time of the scheduled appointment if they cannot attend. At Odontomy you can do it by pressing the Reschedule button in the email received after the reservation is confirmed.

Additionally, the user can make the modification by entering the patient portal in the Appointments section.

The modification must be made up to a certain time before the defined time. Said time in which the modification is allowed will be defined by the Clinic.

Yes! totally free! Users will have no associated cost for booking appointments through the Odontomy platform.
